These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Bath Digital Studio website and our digital marketing services. By engaging our services you agree to the terms below.

1. Services

Bath Digital Studio provides SEO, Google Ads management and website design services to businesses in Bath and the surrounding area. The scope of each engagement is defined in your written proposal.

2. Billing & Contracts

Monthly services (SEO and Google Ads management) are billed month-to-month with no long-term contract. Either party may cancel with 30 days’ written notice. Website design projects are billed per the payment schedule in your proposal. Google Ads media spend is paid by you directly to Google and is separate from our management fee.

3. Results

We work to industry best practice and report transparently every month. Search engine rankings are determined by third parties (such as Google) and no specific ranking position can be guaranteed by any provider.

4. Intellectual Property

On full payment, you own the deliverables we create for you, including your website, content and ad accounts. We may reference non-confidential results in our marketing with your permission.

5. Liability

Our total liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the service concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.

6. Privacy

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
